Community Development District (CDD) was created for Sunnyland Farms PUD, is currently operating and has no debt. It can be abandoned or maintained ofor future use. The land is currently zoned PUD, but warehouse or industrial use is quite possible. Taxes are offset by an annual lease for cattle grazing on the land and a 20 year lease with CBS Outdoor, signed in 2008, for a billboard erected on-site with visibility from the Florida Turnpike.
